The Toki-Sarrafon is one of Bukhara’s four remained bazaars. This trading dome was used mostly for money exchange during the era of the Silk Road. Indian shop owners frequently exchanged money inside this bazaar. The site is no longer a money exchange center, but it now has lots of great shops where you can pick up interesting souvenirs.

Toki Sarrophon ( Pers. - money changers ' tower ) is an architectural monument in Bukhara ( 16th century ), the main trading center for money exchange. At the intersection of 2 streets of Shahristan , st. Shops of sarros were built on the Shahrud stream . Toki Sarrophon is the smallest dome . The building is 8-sided ( size 25x24 m), the inner diameter of the dome is 12 m, the outer dome (bal. 16.55 m) is placed on 4 towers, in the south of the city covers the intersection. In the second half of the 16th century , one of the 4 corners of the hall was connected to a mosque , to the other, to the Sarrofon bathhouse , and to the remaining 2, to the shop of the sarophon. As a result of the research, it is shown that people lived in the area of ​​this market during the 9th century Somonites. There is information that there was a fire here in the 13th century and that the fire was related to the activities of Genghis Khan. At the entrance to the mosque there is an inscription "This construction was completed in 1534-35 during the reign of Ubaidulla Bahadir Khan" . This may also apply to surrounding buildings. Private enterprise in Bukhara during the Shaibani period , has become a center for lending and money exchange. In Bukhara, there were houses, a shopping dome, a caravanserai , a mosque, a bathhouse, and others named after money changers.

 Good day ☺️🌞 I am going to share with you a  considerable amount of information about Khoja Ali Romitaniy. The memorial complex of Khoja Ali Romitani is the burial place of the famous murshid of the Khojagan branch of the Sufi order. The Sufi was popularly called "Aziz Sheikh". He was born in the city of Romitan at the end of the 12th century. I have been weaving all my life. He succeeded in converting the Mongols to Islam. After the Mongol invasion, he helped restore the wastelands and practiced medicine. According to legend, he had the ability to read people's minds and answer questions even before they were asked. During his long and pious life he had many disciples, including sons. He bequeathed to his youngest son Khoja Ibragim to continue his teachings.

Next pilgrimage is Khoja Muhammad Boboyi Samosiy which is part of 7-Pirs pilgrimage. I will share with you a number of facts about this shrine. Khoja Muhammad Baba Samosi was born in the village of Samos near Bukhara in the middle of the 7th/13th century. He was of medium height, wheat-colored, sharp-eyed, determined, with a radiant face. He was in the service of Khoja Ali Romitani until the end of his life and looked after the trees in his teacher's garden. Like other pirs of the Khojagan family, Khoja Muhammad Baba Samosi was a gardener by profession and earned his living through his honest work. He worked by himself in his garden in the village of Samos and grew various fruits, including grapes.
